RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
You, the buyer, may cancel this order within three business days from the date of this transaction (Five business days for Alaska residents and fifteen business days for residents of North Dakota who are age 65 or over). An explanation of these rights is on the receipt that will be e-mailed to you upon Melody Palmer’s receipt of this order.
The above cancellation notice is required by law. However, in addition to the rights required by law, Melody Palmer upholds a product satisfaction promise. In order to meet this satisfaction promise, Melody Palmer offers a 100% money-back promise on merchandise returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Products shipped directly to the customer by Melody Palmer must be returned to Melody Palmer and a refund will be issued by Melody Palmer. Products delivered to
the customer by a Melody Palmer Distributor must be returned to the selling Melody Palmer Distributor, and it shall be the responsibility of the Melody Palmer Distributor to issue the refund to the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If a Melody Palmer Distributor returns more than $200 for a refund in any 12 consecutive month period, or otherwise abuses the return policy, the request will constitute the Melody Palmer’s voluntary cancellation of her Melody Palmer Agreement, and the refund will be processed as a cancellation return and the Melody Palmer’s business will be cancelled.
- Contact your Brand Ambassador with the return request, or contact the Melody Palmer HQ at: firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 416-9315. In your request, please provide:
- The order number
- Item and quantity being returned
- Items must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
- You will be provided with an RMA number to be written on the OUTSIDE of your return package. Items without an RMA number cannot be processed.

- Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s). Please allow 8-10 business days to receive credit back on your original form of payment. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Problems with your order?
- If an order has a missing, incorrect, or defective item, please notify your Melody Palmer Distributor within 20 days from the date of purchase. Your Melody Palmer Distributor can handle all your customer support needs and process most returns, replacements and exchanges on your behalf.
